Different Crewing?

I'm accustomed to most Celebrity officers being Greek, This held true for Deck & Engine, including Captain Nickolos Frantzis, Staff Captain Philippos Dimoulas and Chief Engineer Evangelos Miskedakis. However, on the Hotel and Security side, things were different:

• The Hotel Director, Sonja Gruber, is German
• Security Chief and his deputy were both Israeli (Didn't catch their full names, but they were speaking Hebrew over the radio ... reminiscent of the late, great Ted Arison. *sigh* )
• F&B Manager Andrzej Siedlar, guessing by his name, is likely Polish

As for the crew, there seemed to be very large Indian and Filipino contingents, with a few Eastern Europeans.

I wonder if this reflects a larger trend?
