SEATTLE, WA -- May 12, 2005 -- Holland America Line announced today that they are introducing a new on-board culinary program to provide guests with an enriching, fulfilling experience. The program, organized in conjunction with Food & Wine magazine will provide guests on select sailing with demonstrations and seminars conducted by top chefs, wine experts and leading cookbook authors.
