SEATTLE, April 29, 2008 -- HAL and the Port of Seattle have announced Ship to Shelter, an innovative community-giving program that will donate goods from cruise ships to people in need. This will provide valuable goods including weekly donations of individual-sized toiletries, as well as periodic supplies of towels, linens, dishes, cookware, silverware, televisions and mattresses.
