Following recent orders for three new 68,500-ton cruise ships for the German brand AIDA (to be delivered in spring 2007, 2008, and 2009), Carnival Corp today announced that AIDA Cruises' AIDAblu will be transferred to its Ocean Village brand in spring 2007.

MIAMI, April 5, 2004 -- Carnival Corp announced today a significant restructuring of its UK capacity. Cunard Line's Queen Victoria, a ship under construction in Fincantieri's Marghera Yard, will be transferred to P&O Cruises and renamed the Arcadia.
