SEATTLE, March 20, 2008 -- Holland America Line's Eurodam, set to launch July 2008, will feature three intriguing new restaurants including Asian and Italian cuisine, as well as French-themed terrace grill. These are in addition to the classic main dining room, casual Lido and Pinnacle Grill steakhouse.
