MIAMI, April 29, 2008 -- In May 2009, Celebrity Galaxy will be transferred to TUI Cruises, the new German joint venture between Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. and TUI AG.

MIAMI and HANOVER, Germany, April 22, 2008 -- Today RCL and TUI AG announced the commencement of a joint venture to create TUI Cruises, which will target the burgeoning German cruise market.

MIAMI, Sept. 5, 2007 -- Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) today announced that it has agreed with Germany's TUI AG (DE: TUAG00) to withdraw its antitrust filings with the German Federal Cartel Agency, Bundeskartellamt, and the Austrian Federal Cartel Agency, Bundeswettbewerbsbehorde.
