Windstar Offers Half Price Tahiti Cruises For Californians

SEATTLE, March 8 -- Windstar Cruises is matching up one of the
world's true vacation paradises with a great half-price fare discount for
California residents.

California residents booking through in-state travel agents can now sail for
half-fare on seven Tahiti cruises aboard the 148-passenger Wind Song, a
four-masted sailing cruise ship.

Half-fare sailing dates include May 4, June 8, 15 and 29, and July 6, 13 and
20, 1996. Prices are $1,648 per person, double occupancy. Low-cost
round-trip Home City Air Fare from Los Angeles, San Diego and San Francisco is
also available from $900 to $1,060.

Windstar's 7-day French Polynesia cruise sails from Papeete to Papeete and
includes Huahine, Raiatea, Bora Bora, and Moorea. A complimentary water
sports program lets passengers enjoy water skiing, windsurfing, kayaking,
snorkeling, and riding on a "banana boat" towed behind a zodiac.

Passengers may also choose from optional shore excursions that feature shark
feeding off the reefs of Bora Bora, jungle river exploration by outrigger
canoe, and horseback riding on the white sand shores of Huahine.
