MIAMI, Oct. 3, 1996 -- SeaVision, Inc. has announced that it has been
awarded a contract by Cunard Line Limited to install a state-of-the-art
television broadcast center and distribution system on board the line's
flagship, Queen Elizabeth 2.

The project, the largest television upgrade
project ever undertaken aboard a cruise ship, will be completed in time for the 1997 World Cruise from New York on January 4.

The project entails three major elements. SeaVision will install a state-
of-the-art broadcast control center on board the ship which will include a
television studio with full production and editing capabilities, including
digital sound mixing. With this facility, shipboard personnel will have the
ability to broadcast live events from around the vessel. They may also tape
events, either live or off the air, for broadcast at a later date, and utilize
the center's post-production facilities to achieve a studio-quality product.
The ship's broadcast center will also be available to third parties who may
sail aboard the QE2.

The second element of the project involves the complete renovation of the
ship's television distribution system, which will provide passengers with the
best possible picture quality in their cabins. In the process, the system
will be changed from the European broadcast format, PAL, to the NTSC standard,
which is used in North America. This phase of the project will entail
repairing or replacing nearly three miles of co-axial cable, removing over 100
amplifiers and replacing them with new state-of-the-art equipment, and
installing new fittings in over 800 passenger cabins and several hundred crew
cabins. SeaVision will employ a team of eight installation technicians to
complete this phase of the project in two weeks.

In the third and final phase of the renewal program, SeaVision will install
over 800 televisions in various sizes. SeaVision has chosen Phillip's Smart
TVs(TM), including a number of sets custom-designed by Phillips expressly for
SeaVision and the QE2. These leading-edge televisions, which include built-in
computer circuitry, wi11 facilitate the introduction of interactive television
and other advanced features at a later date.

"SeaVision has made its name in the cruise industry as the leader in
interactive television," notes Brian Blair, Chief Operating Officer. "Less
well known is our expertise in advanced television systems and systems
integration projects. This project, the largest television renewal project of
its kind, will provide ample demonstration of those capabilities."

SeaVision is the leading provider and operator of interactive television
systems for the cruise industry, and is the only company that has developed,
installed and operated interactive television systems designed specifically
for cruise ships. Its clients include Norwegian Cruise Line, Celebrity
Cruises, Carnival Cruise Line and Cunard Line Limited.

The Company, which is composed of veterans from the cruise, cable and
computer hardware and software industries, has a unique approach to the
application of interactive technology at sea. SeaVision not only installs its
systems for its clients, but operates them as a concessionaire as well. In so
doing, it focuses on the service aspects of interactive television, as well as
its potential to generate substantial incremental revenues for individual
cruise lines. Its industry-wide focus and common platform enables cruise
lines to lower development and installation costs while maximizing potential
revenue from interactive television.
