MIAMI, Jan. 10 -- 1997 will be an exciting year of growth for
Majesty Cruise Line. On November l3, 1996, Majesty Cruise Line announced that
it had reached an agreement with Cunard Line Ltd. to charter the M.V. Crown
Dynasty. On March 1, 1997, she will become the Crown Majesty and will be
operated by Majesty Cruise Line. She will, however, continue her scheduled
cruising through the Panama Canal for 10 and 11 days through May 3. She will
then take an exciting one-time only 14-night cruise from Port Everglades (Ft.
Lauderdale) to Los Angeles. On May 17, the Crown Majesty will begin her
Alaska Cruises.

The Crown Majesty, formerly, Crown Dynasty, was built in 1993 and has a
passenger capacity of 800. The 19,089 ton Crown Majesty has 399 staterooms,
suites, deluxe suites, and standard inside and outside cabins. She has all
the amenities of the megaliners, but keeps her intimate size. She features
outdoor swimming pool, wading pool, three whirlpools, casino, boutiques,
library, photo shop, lounges, spa with beauty salon, saunas, steam rooms,
fitness center, disco, meeting room, movie theater, and youth center.

Majesty Cruise Line's original ship, the M.V. Royal Majesty, will continue
the 3, 4-night sailings from the Port of Miami through April 21, 1997. She
sails on 3-nights to Nassau and Key West and 4-nights to Playa del
Carmen/Cozumel and Key West. Beginning on April 28 she sails from Boston to
St. George's, Bermuda on her 7-night itinerary.

The Royal Majesty will feature sailings with added entertainment scheduled.
On January 3 and 6, she sails on her "King Cruise;" on May 4, she'll sail with
psychics on board; on May 11, classical music can be enjoyed by all and
throughout the year special Latin bands will make their appearances.
