SeaVision and Royal Caribbean Announce Interactive TV Project

MIAMI, March 3 -- SeaVision, Inc., a subsidiary of Allin
Communications Corporation (Nasdaq: ALLN) and Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd.
(NYSE: RCL) (RCCL) have announced an agreement for the installation and
operation of interactive television (ITV) systems on board two of RCCL's
luxury cruise liners. Under the terms of the contract, SeaVision(R) completed
installation of a state-of-the-art ITV system on the Majesty of the Seas in
February 1997, and will install the system on the Rhapsody of the Seas in
April 1997. The two companies anticipate additional installations on board
other ships of the RCCL fleet following the completion of the first two
projects.

The interactive television systems aboard the Majesty of the Seas and the
Rhapsody of the Seas -- known as "RCTV" -- will enable passengers to access a
wide variety of services, including shore excursion preview and purchasing,
room service and wine ordering, an activity calendar, dinner menu previews,
video "tours" of the ships and their facilities, folio review, shopping,
gaming and movies-on-demand. The system was designed by SeaVision in close
consultation with Royal Caribbean's technical, marketing and operations
personnel to ensure that it meets the cruise line's demanding service and
performance requirements.

of our multi-billion dollar fleet expansion is yet another example of our
commitment to provide our guests with the best in amenities and services,"
