MIAMI, Jan. 16 /PRNewsire/ -- Norwegian Cruise Line today announced a
special airfare promotion for its seven-day "Texaribbean" cruises to the
Western Caribbean from the Port of Houston aboard the 800-passenger M/S
Norwegian Star. The offer includes free airfare and ground transfers from
eight cities in Texas and $99 round-trip airfare from 20 gateways in the
Midwest and the West Coast including four major California cities. Cruise
fares starting as low as $898 per person including port charges are eligible
for this free airfare promotion. Government taxes and fees are additional.

Round-trip airfare and ground transfers will be provided free of charge from
the following cities in Texas: Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas/Ft. Worth,
Harlingen, Lubbock, McAllen, Midland/Odessa and San Antonio. A $49 per person
fare is also available from Amarillo.

Air add-ons of only $99 per person are available from the following Midwest
and West Coast cities: Albuquerque, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Detroit, Kansas
City, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, New Orleans, Oklahoma City, Omaha,
Ontario (CA), Phoenix, San Diego, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, St. Louis,
Tucson and Tulsa. A $299 per person fare is also available from Vancouver.

This special air promotion applies to passengers sailing on select dates
between February 8 to March 29, 1998. It is available for both individual and
