NEW YORK, Feb. 25 -- Kenneth Crutchfield, a 15-year veteran of
the online/interactive industry, has recently joined US Interactive as

"The addition of Ken to our professional staff greatly enhances our
world-class expertise and frontline experience in electronic commerce and
Internet marketing," said Robert Kost, US Interactive's Executive Vice

collective interactive experience than any other consultancy in the world,
which represents a coup not only for US Interactive, but for our clients as
well."

Commerce markets including the market for "Digital Trust".
In 1995 and 1996, Crutchfield took a nationally visible leadership role as
the Electronic Commerce Director for the National Information Infrastructure
Testbed (NIIT) Consortium. During his tenure, the NIIT conducted tests and
projects including: EDI over Internet, future retailing, electronic product
code standards, and extranet applications designed to help organizations
collaborate using new Internet technologies.
Actively involved in industry discussions and consensus building regarding
Electronic Commerce technology, markets and policy, Crutchfield has
represented interests in various Electronic Commerce forums including:
CommerceNet, Cross Industry Working Team (XIWT), Financial Services Technology
Consortium (FSTC), Information Industry Association (IIA), Information
Technology Association of America (ITAA), Internet Society, National
