MIAMI, Feb. 2 -- Princess Cruises and Maritime
Telecommunications Network (MTN) signed a multi-year, multi-million dollar
agreement selecting MTN as the communications provider for the Princess fleet,
including their newest addition -- The Grand Princess. The Grand Princess
will be the largest Cruise Ship in the world and will require the innovative
C-Band communications equipment that MTN can provide.

The Grand Princess will have a circuit that is twice the size of most ships
today and will double her communications capacity. Passenger telephone
availability will double along with ship data and administration capacity. "We
are pleased to provide the Grand Prince's and the Princess fleet with our
newest communications technology," said Douglas Falk, President of MTN.

The Grand Princess will also have the added benefit of live video broadcast
capability. Princess Cruises has used this service many times in the past 4
years to broadcast news media events featuring past stars of "The Love Boat"
television show. MTN, a subsidiary of ICG Satellite Services (ICGSS), is the
only communications provider to currently supply the maritime industry with
compressed digital video and audio telecommunications capabilities.
