SeaVision, Inc. Announces Revised Agreement with Norwegian Cruise Line

PLANTATION, Fla., Feb. 17 -- SeaVision, Inc., a subsidiary of
Allin Communications Corporation (Nasdaq: ALLN), has announced that it has
reached an agreement to amend its current contract with Norwegian Cruise Line
Limited, regarding the operation of the interactive television (ITV) system
onboard the Norwegian vessel the m.s. Dreamward. Under the terms of the new
agreement, Norwegian will remit to SeaVision a management fee designed to
support the "free to passenger" services provided through SeaVision's ITV
system. SeaVision will maintain ownership of the ITV system aboard this
vessel and continue to receive the majority of the passenger revenue generated
by the system. The agreement also calls for SeaVision to provide ITV services
to an additional 250 cabins aboard the m.s. Dreamward, after the ship is
expanded early this year.

Mr. Richard W. Talarico, Chief Executive Officer of Allin stated, "This
agreement with Norwegian Cruise Line is further confirmation that the
SeaVision ITV system provides a valued service to our cruise line partners as
well as their passengers. We are now receiving management fees or financial
subsidies on each of the 11 cruise ships using our system. This has allowed
us to strengthen our SeaVision business unit while we work to augment the
onboard revenue and solicit additional installations under our revised
program."

In an unrelated event, Allin Communications Corporation announced that R.
Daniel Foreman, the former President of Allin, has resigned from the company's
board of directors.
