NCL Holding Announces Transfer Of M/S Norwegian Crown To Orient Lines

MIAMI, April 30 -- NCL Holding ASA announced today that it is
transferring the 1,050-guest M/S Norwegian Crown from Norwegian Cruise Line to
Orient Lines, the destination cruise specialist acquired by NCL Holding last
summer. The transfer will occur in spring of 2000, following the Norwegian
Crown's winter series of South America cruises.

The addition of the Norwegian Crown to Orient Lines, which currently
operates the 800-guest M/V Marco Polo, will more than double that brand's
capacity. Specific plans and itineraries will be announced next week. The
transfer is expected to increase the total net income for the group.

"Since acquiring Orient Lines last year, we have remained committed to
opening new cruise markets and increasing capacity for the brand," said Geir
Aune, President and Chief Executive Officer of NCL Holding ASA. "Transferring
the Norwegian Crown to Orient Lines fits well with our long-term strategic
plan for globalization of the fleet."
