MIAMI, Feb. 5 -- In response to unsettled conditions in the
Middle East, Celebrity Cruises has modified its 12-night "Mediterranean
Legacies" cruise on Millennium, substituting Limassol, Cyprus, for Haifa,
Israel. The change also will add two hours to the next port stop, Alexandria,
Egypt.

"As always, the safety and comfort of our guests is our top priority," said
Celebrity Cruises President Rick Sasso. "This change is designed to ease any
concerns our guests may have about safety in that area, while continuing to
satisfy their interest in exciting ports of call, such as Limassol."

Limassol, which local officials call "the city of fun," is the second
largest city on the island of Cyprus. It is a spirited and cosmopolitan
seaside town with a 10-mile coastline, a busy shopping center, and countless
taverns and restaurants. A variety of Celebrity shore excursions will
showcase local attractions.

The revised itinerary for Millennium's Mediterranean Legacies sailings
departing May 31, June 24, July 18, August 11 and September 4, 2001, is as
