MIAMI, Feb. 2 -- The Board of Directors of Royal Caribbean
Cruises Ltd. (NYSE: RCL; Oslo) has declared a quarterly dividend of 13 cents
per share for shareholders of record at the close of business on March 1,
2001, payable on March 29, 2001.

This is the 30th consecutive quarter Royal Caribbean's Board of Directors
has voted to declare a dividend to shareholders.

Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. is a global cruise vacation company that
