World Cruise on HAL

For five decades, Holland America Line has offered a 100+ day circumnavigation of the globe. These cruises are prized for their exotic ports, the cameraderie and rapport among guests travelling together, and their leisurely pace thanks to overnights in many ports and relaxing days at sea.

Most guests stay aboard for the entire circumnavigation, but in some years (capacity permitting), the line will sell "segments" of the cruise, generally two or more weeks each.

World Cruises typically depart in early January from Ft. Lauderdale and do a true circumnavigation through the Panama Canal, across the Pacific, through the Suez Canal, and via Gibraltar to the Atlantic, arriving back in Ft. Lauderdale in late April.

Ports vary each year, but always include an array of old favorites and new horizons.
